Nestle Purina approached Process4 with the challenge of providing customers an intuitive system to make their own multi-pack at the shelf with minimal disruption to the existing planogram. An LCD screen displays instructions to the first-time user. Shoppers pick their flavors and place the cans in the loading tray where they are scanned, packed and custom labeled. Not only is it convenient and fun for the shopper, but the stores also benefit by efficiently tracking the SKUs being purchased and in what quantities. From primary research and concept development, to prototyping and integration, Process4 handled the entire development of this product. The Perfect Pack is a great example of the added value an enhanced retail experience brings to a brand.
