Conceptual Ideation
This sounds like a mouthful and it is. What it means is we can develop new categories for your business, add to your product line, and create products where none exist. This creativity combined with our knowledge in materials and processes means you are taking new products to market faster. -
3D CAD Prints
Drawings can be as complete as the customer requires from basic control drawings to fully engineered prints for product manufacture. Tools can be built from our Pro-E or Solidworks files as well as SLA's and FEA's for pre-production verification. Upon request we can make photo quality renderings or animations for pre-production sales presentations. -
Design Protection
We have a patent attorney on staff to quickly and efficiently establish intellectual property and answer all questions you may have in regards to patent law. Models
Working prototypes can be made using a wide range of materials and methods including items cast from economical silicon tooling in our state of the art RIM equipment. Model size is never a problem and may range from multiple tiny components to a single huge hand fabricated shipping container. -

We design with all aspects of production taken into full consideration allowing tooling to be built that best meets target cost, volume, and delivery schedules. -

Our years of experience encompass injection molding (from 5 to 4000 tons), blow molding (from injection blow to industrial blow molding on 150 pound head machines), extrusion, roto-casting, thermoforming (pressure forming or twin sheet), RIM, compression molding (thermoset or thermoplastic), SMC, spin casting, hydro forming, and hand lay-up. -
Materials
Our experience includes thermoplastics and thermosets, stampings of all types and sizes, ferrous and non-ferrous castings and extrusions, forgings, plus composites of all types. -
