Nestle Purina came to Process4 with the challenge of providing customers an intuitive system to make their own multi-pack at the shelf with minimal disruption to the existing planogram. An LCD screen displays instructions to the first time user. The shoppers pick their flavors and place the cans in the machine where they are scanned, packed and custom labeled. Not only is it convenient and fun for the shopper, but the stores also benefit by efficiently tracking which SKUs are being purchased and in what quantities. From primary research and concept development, to prototyping and integration, Process4 handled the entire development of this product. The Perfect Pack is a great example of how packaging interaction brings value to the product and the brand.
